In sports, when you start taking money you are considered a pro(fessional).

Could ANet justify banning people for using 'pro'? Probably not.
Could the community justify having people banned for using 'pro'? Most likely.

Justification when using your power and authority, it's what we need to think about. I really see no harm in someone describing themselves as 'pro' at a game, as generally they're dellusional. The only 'pros' I've heard of are the Magic Tournament guys, now there's money.

Haha, that pro crap is annoying, and olde. I always question them. I ask "How can you be pro? How long have you been playing? How many hours of the day do you spend playing? Wow, you have no life. Do you consider getting a job and moving out of your parents house? Why do you call yourself pro when you're not a survivor? I mean pro's are survivors and they're very tactical."

It's fun annoying the hell out of them.

It's a really easy way to see who is bad before you deal with them. Nobody thinks the 'pro' people are any good, so why do we care?

Except for people who have gotten money from playing.
